23 and 24 February 2015 on the TV channel "Belarus 2" TV company "Homel" aired another program with host Alexander Goveyko "Talk Show Pushkin 8". This time its theme was "Road Safety".

The program discussed the improvement of road safety on the roads of the Gomel region includingstatistics and causes of accidents, traffic management, control of drunk drivers, training of professionals, including the second stage of higher education. Senior lecturer Sergey Lapski of the "Traffic management" department drew the attention of the audience that the Belarusian State University of Transport has close ties with leading universities in the European Union namelythe University of Rome, National Technical University of Athens, University of Loughborough (United Kingdom). Interaction with these universities is through the collaboration of the project Besafe. Of which the goalsare the creation of the Republic of Belarus road safety observatory, and establishing a network of organizations, enterprises, institutions that are interested in improving road safety. It is planned also to connectto the European network of road safety, as well as training the next road safety professionals through the various Masters programmes in Road Safety
